The Legacy Collection was a line of 3 3/4 scale action figures released by  Hasbro from 2008 to 2009.  Each figure of the line featured a Build A Droid (BD) part that could be used to assemble a series of droids.  A sister line called Saga Legends was also produced at this time consisting of repacks in slightly modified packaging with the droid parts. 

While the bulk of the line could be found easily, there are still 3 figures (BD 048 Episode III Concept Art Anakin Skywalker, BD 051 Jango Fett & BD 053 ARC Trooper)  missing from my collection.
